State Superintendent Approval for Projects of $750,000 or More

Construction or renovation projects submitted by a local board of education with an estimated cost of $750,000 or more must be submitted to the State Superintendent of Education for review and approval. The requirement includes qualifying major maintenance or repair work such as HVAC, roofing, and structural repairs.
